Immunization Requirements

The State of New Jersey provides a list of recommended and required childhood vaccines for school. Please find the REQUIRED list of childhood vaccines below and a link to the State of NJ website for further information.

*Please note that the State of NJ requires the following vaccines prior to the start of 6th grade: Tdap & Meningococcal Vaccines.
